The 100 Women Initiative
Launching Soon

What It Is About
The 100 Women Initiative is a research and community engagement project developed by The Abundant Woman to better understand the experiences of women living with menstrual and reproductive health conditions.
Initially focusing on fibroids, while also including women living with endometriosis and PCOS, the initiative seeks to explore an important question:
Why are increasing numbers of women experiencing these conditions, and what can we learn from their lived experiences?
Through surveys, interviews and personal storytelling, we will listen to women from different backgrounds, creating a body of insight that highlights common experiences, challenges and opportunities for change.
Our aim is not simply to collect stories, but to use those insights to:
- Raise awareness of women’s health conditions.
- Encourage earlier conversations and support.
- Identify common themes across lived experiences.
- Inform future education, campaigns and community programmes.
- Contribute to wider conversations around women’s health and wellbeing.
The first phase of the initiative will engage 100 women, creating the foundation for a longer-term programme of research, advocacy and awareness led by The Abundant Woman.
Together, we hope to amplify women’s voices, encourage greater understanding and contribute to meaningful change in how women’s health is recognised, discussed and supported.
