Aaliyah Hudson
Founder & CEO
Aaliyah Hudson is the Founder and Director of The Abundant Woman, a Community Interest Company dedicated to empowering women through wellbeing, education, community and meaningful conversation.
Following her own personal experiences and recognising the need for more honest, accessible spaces for women, Aaliyah founded The Abundant Woman to create opportunities for women to connect, learn and thrive together.
Her work centres around women’s empowerment, women’s health, confidence and community, bringing together lived experience with education to encourage conversations that inspire change.
Alongside leading The Abundant Woman, Aaliyah is a speaker, author and certified health and nutrition coach, delivering workshops and talks that encourage women to better understand themselves, advocate for their wellbeing and embrace their potential.
Her vision is to build an organisation that not only supports women today but contributes to changing how women’s wellbeing and health are understood for generations to come.
